Deconstruction Part One

Fifty percent of the Private Club members are women.

These women pay their fees, volunteer, spend weekends and days in service without pay. They are accountable and responsible for the majority of fundraising and charity contributions for the annual financial bottom line.

However, the women are restricted from any of the decision making processes of the club, and give all the finances raised the male board of directors who determine how and where the money is spent.

Women are not allowed to speak in the mens board meetings or be part of the leadership board of the club. While men are the leaders and speakers and decision makers across the whole- including authorization of what women and cannot teach to women; women are not allowed to teach or lead any males over the age of twelve years old other than volunteering and service. Once a male is over twelve years old, it is widely understood that a woman's role is to be in service to them and their role is to be a good leader.

This would be illegal in business or educational systems.

At best, this system is sexist and discriminatory. Many agree to it. Many teach their families that it is the right way of the sexes and natural order of human nature.

The same individual who marches in parades for equal pay, equal say, and human rights- will supplicate in a sexist religious order.
